Please read carefully, by booking with us you are accepting these Terms & Conditions on behalf of you and all members of your party.
All bookings with Northfield Holiday Park are secured with a non-refundable deposit.
Remaining balances are to be paid in full 4 weeks before the date of arrival, failure to do this may result in your booking being cancelled. Bookings made with 4 weeks or less before your arrival date must be paid in full on booking.
Any booking cancelled 4weeks or more before your arrival date will receive a full refund of any monies paid less the deposit amount.
Cancellations with less than 4 weeks before arrival date will not be refunded.
Same sex group booking & Young person group bookings.
Same sex bookings are welcome, Young groups (age 18 or under) must pay a refundable deposit of £100 this will be refunded after checking your accommodation for any damage. Parental contact information is also for all people in their group in the event of emergencies or unacceptable behaviour.
It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance in the event you cancel your holiday or an ‘Act of God’ means your booking can not be accommodated – we accept no liability in this occurrence.
Pets are welcomed at Northfield Holiday Park with few expectations.
There is a maximum of 3 dogs allowed in anyone unit. They are charged at £4 per pet per night or £25 per pet per week.
Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times.
You must provide all equipment for your dog(s) including bedding/crates etc.
Dogs are not permitted on seating or in the bedrooms.
All & any fouling by your pet must be cleaned up immediately.
There are units which are strictly pet-free.
Pets are not allowed on the children’s play area.
We are a family friendly site, however all children (Persons under 16) will remain the responsibility of the parents/guardians accompanying them.

Arrival & Departure.
Check in is between 4-6pm unless otherwise arranged.
We aim to call around to everyone between these hours to ensure everything has been found satisfactory and answer any questions that you may have. If we miss you for any reason, we will try and see you at some point during your stay.
Check Out is 10am on the departure day.
We aim for a high standard of cleanliness at Northfield, and offer a wide range of amenities for customer use. If you are dissatisfied in anyway please come to reception where any issues can be discussed and rectified.
All personal information provided to us is used solely for our own data base.
We do not send newsletters and offers via e-mail, post or SMS.
We will not share your data with any third party.
We will only contact you in relation to your booking with us.
And send you a Christmas card.
Check in Procedure.
We aim to see everyone in between the hours of 4pm – 6pm on your arrival day.
If we happen to miss you, we will try and catch up with you at some point during your stay.
Friday afternoons is the only time we are not here, if your check in day is a Friday then we will try and see you at some point between 7pm-8pm.
In the unlikely event we don’t see you at all, we are normally around the site or up at reception should you need anything. Otherwise we hope you’ve had a lovely stay and hope to see you again in the future.
